On the latest annual list of the Fortune Global 500 released worldwide on the evening of July 22, ChemChina ranked the 265th place, up by 11 positions over the previous year. The company has been on the list for five consecutive years. The total number of Chinese companies on the list has increased to 106 from 100 in 2014.
The Fortune Global 500 list is the most famous and authoritative list to measure the competency of global companies and a major source of reference for global economic community.
