Recently China National Chemical Equipment Corporation (CNCEC) has officially established the Commercial Department, responsible for the direct sale, distribution, marketing, e-commerce, purchase and logistics of the company.
It’s designed to take charge of the construction of commercial teams, systems, procedures and systems of CNCEC and its subsidiaries; launch marketing training and guide and assist enterprises to build up the sales team training system; provide sales management tools for enterprises; establish a mechanism that brings sales and core links such as purchase and logistics closely together and a comprehensive marketing system; based on system construction, help and train enterprises to establish a data-based decision making system, provide VIP customer services, coordinate strategies and organize cross-company sales and purchase.
For the next step, it will first put the eight marketing tools into trial use and then promote them in the company to substantially improve the company’s management and increase its profits, and secondly continue to consolidate and increase e-commerce sales and purchase. As to e-sales, based on the cooperation with 13 third-party exchange platforms including Guangdong Plastics Exchange, Bohai Commodity Exchange and buy.ccb.com, it will actively advance the construction of second-party platform for Haohua Junhua Group Co., Ltd. and Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (typical discrete business) and use and promote the second-party platform for the chlor-alkali industry to truly realize multi-channel and multi-platform sales. As to e-purchase, it will continue to work on centralized procurement, e-purchase scope and the effect and complete the online procurement system for the remaining 15 enterprises.
