From November 23 to 27, a delegation of over 180 journalists from 19 central and provincial media, including People’s Daily, Xinhua News Agency and China Central Radio and Television, organized by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, will conduct five-day interview activities in Sanming, Fujian province.
On the first day (November 23), a group of 40-odd reporters visited Fujian Tianhua (formerly Fujian Sanming Doublewheel Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd.) to conduct interviews and gain deeper insight into the good practice and remarkable achievements done by Fujian Tianhua in keeping in mind the instruction of General Secretary Xi Jinping and promoting high-quality development in all respects.

On January 3, 2000, Xi Jinping, the then acting governor of Fujian Province, visited Sanming and inspected Doublewheel Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. Through photos, media reporters learned about the inspection of General Secretary Xi and the development and changes of the company over the past 60-odd years, visited various production models in the general assembly workshop, and interviewed about the production and operation of the enterprise.
Over the past 20 years, Fujian Tianhua has borne in mind Xi’s call of “overcoming difficulties and getting out of trouble.” It has continuously made innovations, sought development, worked hard, unswervingly pushed forward the reform of enterprises, and achieved new developments through a series of moves such as incorporation into the large enterprise, entering the industrial park, and integration and upgrading.
