From April 24 to 27, Chinaplas 2018 was held in National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). CNCE subordinates KraussMaffi Group and Tianhua Institute have elaborately organized, introduced and exhibited their leading products and technologies through live demonstration, 3D model display and user promotions, which was outstanding and impressive.
As a world-leading supplier of plastics and rubber machinery and technology solutions, KraussMaffei Group brought an innovative "Plastics 4.0" solution to this exhibition. The solution interconnects DataXlporer, APC plus, MaXecution, AnalytiX and other systems to provide users with intelligent and automated equipment functions, seamless data collection and reliable tools for network-based production, realizing digitization and networking in the whole production process and helping users to greatly improve the production efficiency.
At the exhibition, KraussMaffei Group's leading equipment and technologies attracted tremendous attention. Among them, the GX650-4300 with the new linear manipulator is currently the fastest dual-template injection molding machine in Asia. The full-electric PX160-540 demonstrated the rapid production of Flip-Top for drinking water bottles. Conical tubular samples besides the stand fully demonstrated KraussMaffei Berstorff's PVC-O pipe extrusion technology. Such pipe can be used in sewage discharge and drinking water supply, and is lighter, more environmentally friendly and more durable.
Tianhua Institute, as the leader in the domestic plastics machinery industry, making its appearance at Chinaplas every year. At the exhibition, Tianhua Institute demonstrated core products and technologies including the reaction devolatilization and extrusion, the processing of thermosetting resin (which can be used for chip encapsulating materials), biaxially oriented film burdening and extrusion system (which can be used for lithium battery diaphragm), and large production line for extruding granulation, and provided the service concept of systematic solutions, which were widely praised by the visitors.
In addition, the two companies had full communication and interactions with industry experts and customers through industry exchange activities and user promotions.
As the largest rubber and plastics exhibition in Asia, Chinaplas 2018 brought together more than 4,000 exhibitors from over 40 countries and areas with a record high. The number of visitors on the first day exceeded 50,000, an increase of 29% over the previous session.
