The China National Chemical Equipment Corp has arranged for its employees to start gathering information from each department and to examine it for any weak points, then to draw up a plan to deal with these weak points to improve its competence. The company thinks that in this way it will better be able to spot any areas in need of correction, come up with definite countermeasures, assign specific personnel to deal with these, and impose a deadline. The inspections will be done on a monthly basis to continue the evaluation and rectification process.
