On April 28, the Commendation Conference for National Model Workers was held in Beijing in celebration of the International Labor Day. At the event, Lin Zhineng, Deputy Director of the Assembly Workshop of Fujian Sanming Doublewheel Chemical Machinery, was awarded the title of national model worker and greeted by Xi Jinping, Li Keqiang, and other national and Party leaders.
Lin is a senior bench worker and chief master technician of the company. Named after him are a national employee innovation studio of the metallurgy and building material industry and a master technician’s studio of Fujian Province Having been engaged in the assembly, commissioning, and post-sales services of tyre vulcanizer for over 30 years, he has been dispatched by the company to Yokohama Tire Corporation, Japan, Indonesia Tire Company, and other foreign companies for technical difficulties encountered in the assembly, commissioning, and overhaul of tyre vulcanizers, and has been highly praised by various foreign customers as a “highly-skilled technical expert” from China. In his studio, he shares all his experience without reservation and has brought up a number of excellent technicians of the younger generation, making immense contribution to the technical teambuilding of the company.
Rich practical experience and excellent performance have won Lin a great number of honors. He was named as “Gold Medal Worker of Sanming”, “Model Learned Employee of Fujian”, “Outstanding Talent of Fujian”, “National Model Technician”, awarded the “May 1 Labor Medal of Fujian”, and granted special government subsidy by the State Council.
