On April 2, Vice Governor of Heilongjiang Province Hu Yafeng visited Heilongjiang Haohua Chemical Co., Ltd. for an inspection of the company’s work in encouraging technological innovation. General Manager Zhang Guorui of Heilongjiang Haohua introduced the company's major advantages in the profitability and development of technologies with its annual production of chloralkali production facility and polyvinyl chloride production facility both reaching 300,000 tons.
