The end of 2014 saw the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security organize the 12th Grand Skill Award of China and reward the National Technical Experts. Yang Ping, Senior Technician and leader of the No.1 Fitter Unit of Hydrogen Peroxide Plant under Heilongjiang Heihua Group Co., Ltd, won the title of “National Technical Expert”. On March 27, Yang Ping received his medal, trophy and certificate at Qiqihar Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
The award was organized based on Regulations on Management of Grand Skill Award of China and National Technical Expert. Candidates were chosen by human resources and social security departments at the level of province, autonomous region and municipality, relevant authorities, industry associations and central state-owned enterprises, and appraised by experts. The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security is responsible for the final decision. Among the 300 technicians who have won the title, Yang Ping is the only one from ChemChina, and the only one in Qiqihar.
Yang Ping has given impressive performance in various skills competitions during the past years. He ranked the first in Fitter Group of Young Worker Skills Assessment Exam of Heilongjiang Province, won the title of the first-ever “Longjiang Technical Expert” of Heilongjiang Province, served as Vice Chairman of Technician Association of Heihua Group, named as fitter expert, and dubbed as outstanding party member of China Haohua Chemical Group Co., Ltd (Li Chunyan)
