The Guilin Rubber Machinery Co Ltd began a performance evaluation system on Aug 3, for executives and dispatchers in the manufacturing dept.
In the evaluations, emphasis is placed on quantitative factors and policy executive strength, and those with the lowest results will be out of the system during annual appraisal of dispatchers. What this actually reflects is the fact that the company’s performance has improved a lot.
The company has applied the evaluation system to technicians, sales personnel, and mid-level managers, since last April, and it has had some obvious benefits. The production department has used its previous performance to help it complete its annual tasks with outstanding results.
