After half a year of innovative R&D and manufacturing, Guilin Rubber Machinery got its new 67-inch hydraulic vulcanizing machine verified by the customer. With the new machine, the stability and precision of the mechanical arm are improved greatly, and vulcanization time is reduced by 25%. Permanent insulation is added to the valve set and the vulcanizing chamber plates, which reduces heat loss by 50%, significantly enhancing energy efficiency. A distributed industrial Ethernet solution is adopted for the control system to facilitate monitoring, equipment status feedback, and manufacturing data recording, thus achieving unmanned vulcanization.
