Recently Yishen Rubber and Plastics Machinery Co., Ltd., a joint venture under China National Chemical Equipment, has successfully produced a 48-inch (LLY-B1220×1960) frame-type hydraulic curing press, an addition to its hydraulic curing press family.
The dual-mode curing press features the post cure inflator (PCI) and single-work-station tire storage, with the maximum clamping force of 1,960KN and suitable for curing 15- to 20-inch semi-steel tires. The main machine is of a vertical structure and the molding chamber can move separately from right to left or left to right. The whole unit is equipped with an electrical mode switcher, with pressurized structures. It also features a B-type central structure. The displacement sensor is installed in the upper ring to control the setting height while the PCI is placed under the rear of the main machine. It has four bidirectional work stations, allows automatic adjustment of the wheel rim width and is equipped with the PCI manipulator for tire dismantling. The whole unit may be configured in such a way where it's driven by one dedicated hydraulic station in an energy-efficient way or it shares a hydraulic station with other units.
With a compact structure, stable performance and high precision, the product requires only small space and is easy to maintain, hence suitable for fully automatic tire making.
