On January 20, a five-person delegation led by Liu Zhao, Director General of the Traffic Management Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, made a special field survey on the Xijing Center for Rapid Disposal of and Compensation for Traffic Accident under Xi’an Lishan Automobile Factory.
Accompanied by Zhao Peng, Director of Xi’an Lishan Automobile Factory, and Li Tinglian, Director of Xijing Center for Rapid Disposal of and Compensation for Traffic Accident, Liu made a field survey on the construction and internal facilities of the center and listened carefully to the report made by Zhao on pre-opening preparations and trial operations of the center. Liu fully recognized the work of the center and expressed his heartfelt thanks for its social services and performance of social responsibilities. He said that the two sides shall join hands to build a first-class comprehensive service center for rapid disposal of and compensation for traffic accidents, thereby setting a model featuring full coverage, multiple levels, new concept and intelligence, improving the image of Xi’an and making new contributions to traffic safety of the city as the starting point of the “Belt and Road”.
It is reported that Xi’an Lishan has sped up efforts to adjust its product structure on the basis of its development in spite of fierce market competitions. Approved in November 2015 and put into trial operation in October 2016, the center is the largest one in Shaanxi, with 19 open windows as well as traffic police station, the People’s mediation organization, non-public appraisal agencies and several insurance companies.
