Recently, the 52-cun new-type half-steel hydraulic vulcanizing machine developed by Guilin Rubber Machinery has successfully passed the third-party non-destructive testing and complete-machine acceptance test of the United States, making a breakthrough in the American market of half-steel hydraulic vulcanizer.
In recent years, thanks to the rapid development of the auto market and the expansion of several large-scale tire plants, the demand for tire vulcanizer in the American market has been steadily on the increase. Guilin Rubber Machinery paid close attention to market demands, made greater efforts to develop new products and enhanced the capability of product supply. For this project, Guilin Rubber Machinery has been cooperating with the American customer and provided the customer with giant tires and all-steel vulcanizer on a long-term basis.

The equipment features simple appearance, compact structure, excellent thermal insulation properties, large space for mold changeover, even stress, smooth and efficient operation, and high safety factor. It is a typical product of new-generation hydraulic vulcanizers developed by Guilin Rubber Machinery.
On the basis of the actual demands of the customer, Guilin Rubber Machinery strengthened project management, carried out organization and coordination in an efficient way, and finally developed and delivered the products as scheduled. All those products were manufactured in strict accordance with the welding standard of the United States and have very high requirements in terms of material selection and configuration. The success in passing the third-party acceptance test has laid a solid foundation for Guilin Rubber Machinery to provide better services and explore the American market.
