Recently, professional technicians of Tianhua Institute sent us the good news from the Polynt Chemical Company in Johor Bahru Malaysia that the RTO+TO synchronous waste gas & liquid treatment system manufactured by Tianhua Institute has been installed and debugged successfully, and formally put into operation. It is estimated that the system will help the factory save about tens of millions of yuan a year.
The RTO+TO synchronous waste gas & liquid treatment system designed and manufactured by Tianhua Institute consists of a set of waste gas treatment three-bed RTO and waste liquid treatment TO furnace. The equipment can maintain its operation by using the heat generated after oxidation and consumes no or less natural gas when running.
Relevant data show that the equipment can simultaneously deal with 5000m³/h of waster gas and 200kg/h of waste liquid, with the purification rate of 99% above. In Malaysia, if it costs 8,000 yuan per ton for a qualified professional treatment company to deal with the waste liquid, the equipment will save 12,670,000 yuan (running for 330 days per year) for the factory, which is equivalent to that the investment in the equipment can be recovered in one month. This can not only solve the problem of meeting the emission standard of factory waste gases, but also save the operation cost.
From the research and development to the installation and commissioning, Tianhua Institute has strictly controlled the product quality according to the requirements of the customer, and actively communicated with the owner to ensure smooth completion of the whole project. The successful commissioning of the equipment means that the RTO+TO synchronous waste gas & liquid treatment system with the gas flow of 5000m³/h and waste liquid of 200kg/h finally gets a firm foothold in Malaysia, and makes the LOGO of Tianhua Institute officially printed on the land of Malaysia.
