Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group Co, Ltd (YRPM) successfully produced GN-275, another new product of its leading internal mixer series, and delivered the products to customers as scheduled recently, creating a precedent in YRPM's new product development with design, manufacturing and delivery all finished in the current year. While strengthening the internal mixer series of the company, the launch of the new product is also a substantial step taken for transformation and upgrade of products.
The model was designed and developed mainly for the updated version of the GN-255 internal mixers that are being used by customers. Based on the existing GN255 internal mixers, replacement with the main unit of the GN-275 internal mixer may be made directly. The GN-275 internal mixer mainly combines the features and advantages of the GK-270N and GN-300 internal mixers produced by the company: it employs the axle-piercing rotor structure, which improves the strength and rigidity of the rotor; the long rotor profile can greatly increase the rotor's rubber engagement capability; the design of the forced big-cooling-cycle water channel may effectively guarantee temperature exchange and control. The internal mixers may be extensively used for plastication, mixing and final mixing of all kinds of rubber materials, especially suitable for mixing and final mixing of the rubber materials for radial tires.
With the increasing level of process automation of internal mixers, upgrade of internal mixers is being sped up, and customers have higher and higher requirements for internal mixers. Therefore, YRPM keeps making innovations based on its introduction, digestion and absorption of the German technologies. The internal mixer series have been expanded and covered more than 30 specifications and models. The company has increased efforts to develop internal mixers towards high volume and tandem one-step rubber mixing, strive to make high-end, smart and choicest products, so as to push forward transformation and upgrade of the rubber machine products in an all-round way, and better meet the new requirements for rubber machines and equipment in the rubber and tire industries.
