Recently, one GE420 meshing mixer independently developed and manufactured by Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery will be delivered soon after successfully rolling off the production line and passing the on-site test and acceptance by the customer.
The GE420 mixer is designed with a new-type PES5 meshing rotor, with blank and surfacing alloy processed with CNC machine. With good heat transfer and high production efficiency, the mixer is suitable for producing various rubber products and tires, ensuring high quality of and reducing the section number of rubber.

Currently, Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery has two series of N-type (shear type) and E-type (meshing type) mixers divided into nearly 30 types of models, including standard four-pronged tangent type, ZZ-2, ST, NST, and six-pronged tangent type, as well as those with high stress extrusion flow rotor, PES3 and PES5. Specifically, green, eco-friendly meshing mixers have been developed into dozens of models such as GE5, GE45, GK90E, GE135, GK190E, GE250, GE420, GE320 and GE580.
In the first half of 2020, Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery successfully developed the world’s first GE420/GE800T and China’s large GE580/GE1000T tandem-type internal mixers, making new progress in technology development and product serialization and industrialization. The first set of GE420/GE800T large tandem mixer in China has been put into production and will be delivered to the customer in January 2021, while the GE580/GE1000T large tandem-type mixer has been up and running after passing the technical review and being ordered by a customer. By the end of this year, Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery will complete the overall relocation and introduce brand-new CNC machining equipment to process high-tech, refined and advanced tire equipment and produce small-size GK1.5 mixer, large-scale tandem GE1000T mixer and others.
So far this year, Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery has signed new orders for 20 large-scale tandem-type mixers with customers. It is a new achievement that the Yiyang-based enterprise has pursued a path of independent innovation, leveraged technological innovation to drive marketing, worked to serve as a world-class rubber machinery supplier, and delivered high-quality and cost-effective products to customers.
