KraussMaffei exhibited brand-new solutions to industries e.g. electronics, packaging and medicine in the DMP, which fully showing that KraussMaffei enjoyed the advantages of diversified market application and maintained confidence and commitment of intensively cultivating the Chinese market and fueling the development of Southern China market.
With the fast-changing new products and new applications in downstream markets, and the growing demands for product quality, the rubber and plastic equipment industry is facing new challenges and opportunities. In order to better meet the new demands in the industries e.g. 3C electronics, packaging and medical industries, as a technological pioneer in the rubber and plastics industry, KraussMaffei customizes the injection molding equipment, application technology, and automation and digital solutions for customers in adaptation to the varying market demands.
Given characteristics of electronic products such as fast iteration, short cycle and high precision and stability requirements, KraussMaffei demonstrated the precision injection molding solution for 10.36” tablet LCD display cementite. Considering that the cementite features small injection volume, large mold and high efficiency, KraussMaffei presented a PXA electric injection molding machine with clamping force of 160t and injection unit of SP180 and related automation solutions in the DMP, which fully exhibits the advantages of one-stop solution for diversified applications and precision injection molding.
The PXA electric injection molding machinery has been well received by the market since its debut at Chinaplas 2019, and won the Ringier Technology Innovation Awards in 2020. The high-performance plasticizing unit can guarantee production stability while achieving higher production capacity and lower energy consumption, which has been widely used in fields e.g. medical, electronics, packaging, automotive . One year since its launch, it has formed complete product line of products with clamping force from 50T to 320T and injection units from SP55 to SP2000.
Under the context of digitalization and Industry 4.0, KraussMaffei offers customers with world’s leading rubber and plastic equipment and technology, but also digital and service solutions. At this DMP, KraussMaffei showcased its innovative digital applications such as smartAssist and socialProduction, and introduced the e-Service WeChat platform which integrates equipment management, service application, spare parts procurement, machine intelligent maintenance and other functions, interpreting KraussMaffei’s brand-new service concept of providing users with value-added services covering the entire lifecycle of equipment and enabling intelligent and worry-free production.
