In the first half of this December, two new-type 1900 frame bi-modal hydraulic vulcanizing machines independently developed by Guilin Rubber Machinery Co., Ltd. (GRM) rolled out and were scheduled to be delivered to domestic customers in the near future. Suitable for vulcanization of medium/small-sized engineering radial tires, the equipment feature great energy conservation, high efficiency, small footprint, and high precision.
It is reported that the steam line of the equipment uses the form of integrated valve bank, making its energy consumption 15% less than that of traditional steam lines. The equipment adopts L/R-modal independent control and makes it possible to vulcanize tires of different sizes at the same time. It features large clamping force due to the frame structure, consistent quality of tire, improved vulcanizing chamber structure, higher service life of seal ring, and full automatic operation, which make it suitable for unattended vulcanizing operations. In addition, it is tailored in accordance with the conditions of customer’s workplace and can vulcanize more tires in the precondition of the same floor space, featuring strong adaptability, good safety performance, and high efficiency, etc.
Benefiting from China’s continuous efforts for new infrastructure construction program, GRM saw a significant growth of order of tire for construction machinery vehicle. Tire manufacturers are making more urgent and higher demands for manufacturing equipment of engineering radial tires. GRM, by relying on its advantageous resources, strives to meet the market demands and assists engineering radial tire manufacturers in achieving better cost performance and lower manufacturing costs. GRM’s new-type 1950 double guide-pillar engineering tire dual-modal hydraulic vulcanizing machine, which was delivered in the first half of the year, has been validated by customers for one time. At present, the equipment operates smoothly at customers’ high-performance tire production line. Two new-type 1240 guide-pillar hydraulic vulcanizing machines have been sold for the first time. Now, GRM offers intelligent hydraulic vulcanizing machines ranging from 1145 to 5400 and is capable of providing its customers with high-performance tires for passenger vehicles, trucks, and construction vehicles, and giant tires of different sizes and types.
GRM manufactured its first 1140 hydraulic vulcanizing machine in 1998 and exported hydraulic vulcanizing machines in 2000. In 2011, it hit a record of contracting for hydraulic vulcanizing machines in the year. Through over 20 years of development, GRM has accumulated rich experience in design, manufacturing and technology of hydraulic vulcanizing machine.
