The GN-300 and GK-400N mixers of the order have the characteristics of high output and low energy consumption. The rotor sealing adopts YCH hydraulic cylinder sealing structure, which greatly improves the dustproof and sealing effect and is also convenient for installation and disassembly. By improving the hydraulic mechanism, the speed of rising and fall of the upper top bolt is greatly increased. PLC control is used to adjust the pressure and speed of the upper top bolt to accelerate the response. The feeding inlet is widened so that rubber can be fed in more quickly, which greatly shortens the auxiliary time of mixing rubber and improves the efficiency. Also, this batch of equipment can meet the higher requirements of customers for the performance and service life of main parts and fittings of internal mixers, ensuring that the production efficiency can increase by more than 5%.
