Recently, good news came from the 2018 National Information and Technology Forum on Rubber Hose and Belt that Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery won the title of Gold Medal Supplier during the 2017-2018 period. It is the highest honor awarded by the Rubber Hose and Belt Committee, demonstrating that the product quality and quality service of Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery is highly recognized by the rubber hose and belt industry and enterprises. There are only three enterprises in the country that won the title of Gold Medal Supplier.

In March 2018, internal mixer and curing press, the leading products of “Yixiangji” brand, won the title of Hunan Famous Brand Product for the sixth time. In September 2017, Hunan Credit Rating Committee awarded Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Hunan Credit AAA Enterprise; In December 2017, Hunan Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision granted the company Hunan Excellent Product Enterprise 2017. In addition, the enterprise set up the Shandong Service Center of “4S Store for Rubber Machinery” in 2016 to provide integrated services for its production, supply, marketing, research, and maintenance in a bid to continuously improve the quality of products and services.

The company’s curing press production line is mainly sold to domestic large conveyor belt manufacturers such as Double Arrow, Boton Technology, and Aolun. The largest domestic production line of 3.2m×16m large curing press was developed independently by Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery, filling the domestic gap. Its comprehensive technology has reached the internationally-advanced level, and some technologies have reached the leading international level. Its equipment successfully produced a high-strength conveyor belt in Wuxi Boton Technology, setting a new domestic record for the maximum width and thickness and providing equipment support for energy conservation, emission reduction, and green and safe production in the rubber industry.
