KraussMaffei Launches New All-Electric Injection Molding Machine for Chinese Medical and Electronic

Day 2021 at its integrated plant in Jiaxing, officially launched its all-electric injection molding machine in China and demonstrated six types of silicone applications at the site, comprehensively displaying the leading advantages of its customized silicone solutions in meeting the requirements on diversified applications and helping its users improve their performance.

In addition, in some challenging areas, such as optical applications and clean room production, etc., SilcoSet technology also features a series of solutions for LSR with high transmittance. Take Fresnel lens for example, KraussMaffei’s SilcoSet technology can be perfectly used for injection molding of LSR with low viscosity and high transmittance and micro-structure with a size of 3-5 microns. It meets the requirements on clean room and ensures integration between thin-wall application and functionality under the condition of the same amplification factor.
