Recently, Guilin Rubber Machinery once again reached an agreement with a domestic strategic partner on the order for two high-precision hydraulic vulcanizers. According to the agreement, Guilin Rubber Machinery will provide innovative 122" hydraulic single-mode vulcanizer and 88" hot-plate hydraulic double-mode tire vulcanizer, both of which will be used for a production project with an annual output of 380,000 all-steel engineering radial tires.

These two innovative vulcanizers are suitable for the manufacture of multi-specification engineering radial tires, agricultural radial tires and bias tires. They can realize multiple upgrades of low-carbon, energy-saving, information-based and automation technologies in the vulcanization process of tires, and help users build new smart tire production lines.
- The servo scheme of the hydraulic station of vulcanizer is expected to reduce power consumption by 15%;
