The powerMolding® two-platen hydraulic molding machine is innovatively developed by KraussMaffei in China and came into the market in 2021. Featuring energy conservation, high efficiency, precision injection molding, and great stability and flexibility, it can be extensively applied in industries such as automobile, packaging and smart home, etc. KraussMaffei presented its powerMolding® for the first time at K 2022 that has just concluded, and demonstrated the production process of the “circular economy”. Particularly, the recycled PP car front-end carrier made of caps for insulin pens has attracted extensive attention from European and North American customers.
It is the second time for KraussMaffei to win the Ringier Technology Innovation Award. Previously, its precisionMolding® injection molding machinery won the award.

In recent years, GRM has sped up its technical research and development, kept making fresh progress in vulcanizers and helped transformation and upgrading of tire making. The new-type 88" (2270) hydraulic dual-mode engineering tire vulcanizer reduces the time for die change by 80%. Through about one year’s development, diverse guide-column vulcanizer series have formed and gained popularity in the market. Specifically, the new-type 48" half-steel double guide column hydraulic vulcanizer features novel and simple structure and helps explore the upscale market of half-steel radial tire in “Belt & Road” countries.
